The company sources the musician and entertainment services to national talent buyers and booking agents, as well as from international and domestic record labels. It sells the entertainment services in the form of licensing rights, services, and other packages all while staying away from the virtual web, which is catered more toward the consumer.

Works In conjunction with a Franchising recruitment team, Helping will identify, interview and qualify Franchisees candidates interested in purchasing a Store Development Agreement of one or more commitments within an approved market to achieve current fiscal year’s business plans. Contribute towards the franchise recruiting plan which is designed to generate sufficient leads, from which required number of franchisee candidates are identified based on DBI’s franchise recruitment process and standards. Collaborate with cross functional partners (operations, legal, development, marketing, business development, construction, market planning and training) to lead through the creation of market specific entry sales and market optimization strategies utilizing the underlying existing market development strategy, while serving as local market function expert and go-to resource for franchising questions. A Period of Time staying aboard to Ensure that sufficient qualified “new to the system” franchisees are in place by documenting and gaining cross functional approval on new market sales plan before proceeding and networking to build brand awareness within the franchise community.
